• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in case of issues with locked features of our application (e.g., server downtime for 3 consecutive days or more, subject to proof).

• No refunds will be issued for issues related to your internet service provider (ISP), internet subscription, or streaming problems on your end.

• We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about using our software after purchasing (no refunds if you’ve already had a trial). If you are unable to cooperate with us to resolve any issues or answer questions regarding the operation of the service, a refund may not be issued.
